There are some helpful health apps for students, and mainly for students, but if you’re not in school or you’re done with school still okay, but I do prefer this one to call student apps or student health apps. Simply because as a student I always used to try to live a healthy lifestyle to avoid stress. Although I know it’s inevitable and I always used to try to tell myself that I should stop eating on fast-food chains, and I should sleep early then I end up around 2:00 a.m. searching about aliens.
