Compact crossover Genesis GV70 is officially presented. The premium Korean brand has introduced its second, more affordable, crossover.

The Genesis GV70 is a step below the already well-known Genesis GV80 model, which was recently presented.

The new crossover is created in the current corporate style of the brand, it has a massive mesh grille, head and rear lighting equipment made in the form of two stripes. The car has a swift silhouette with a sloping roof line.

The interior of the Genesis GV70 is dominated by oval shapes, the shape of the steering wheel and a rotating washer for switching transmission modes, similar to other models of the brand. There is a virtual instrument cluster in front of the driver, and a long display of the on-Board multimedia system is located in the center of the front panel. The main technical characteristics of the Genesis GV70 are still kept secret, there is no information about engines and transmissions. It is stated that the crossover will be available in versions with front or all-wheel drive.

Along with the basic configuration, there will be a version of the Genesis GV70 Sport with the original body kit, R21 alloy wheels, and the absence of chrome on the body. The interior will have an original steering wheel and sports seats with more developed side support.

It is expected that the Genesis GV70 will try to compete with well-known “Germans”, such as the Audi Q5, BMW X3 and Mercedes-Benz GLC. Sales of the Genesis GV70 will start in early 2021, first the model will appear on the South Korean market.
